What does pre-order mean?

Our first collection is released as a limited pre-order. This allows us to produce intentionally and in small quantities, with full focus on quality, fit and craftsmanship.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed during the pre-order period are expected to ship late March / early April 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

As each piece is produced specifically for you, pre-orders cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded once placed.

How do the sizes fit?

Our swimwear fits true to size and is designed with comfort and room to grow in mind. The age ranges already offer flexibility, so we recommend choosing the size that best matches your child’s current age.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the hygienic nature of swimwear and pre-order production, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@luvbugofficial.com. We will always look for a fair and thoughtful solution.
